Thierry Bouchet

Thierry Bouchet

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
With a PhD in electrical engineering and more than 18 years of expertise in the field of power electronics, Thierry has strong experienced in component industrialisation. From 2001 to 2010, he developed highly qualified skills in technology and design of power components as product engineer at IBS and then at ATMEL group as product manager, in connection with the industrialisation and qualification of products. In 2011, he created his first company, ADIS Innovation and held the position of president for 4 years. ADIS was fabless and addressed a niche market to develop and sell specific power components for military applications. In 2014, he joined the CEA-LETI as power electronics strategic marketing manager for the activity of the LETI research institute.
Rym Benaboud Hamoumou

Rym Benaboud Hamoumou

Rym Hamoumou is an Engineer and Doctor specializing in materials sciences, having completed her studies at Phelma within the Grenoble INP Graduate Schools of Engineering. With 6 years of experience in the technical field, she focused on the elaboration and characterization of thin films for micro and nanotechnology during her doctoral research at STMicroelectronics and two postdoctoral positions in nanotechnology at CNRS. She also holds a Master's degree in Technological Management and Innovation and join CEA LETI for 4 years, where she excelled as a Marketing and Business Proposal Specialist. Rym demonstrated her ability to bridge the gap between complex technical details and effective communication strategies by collaborating seamlessly with technical marketing and communication teams
Patrick Boulaud

Patrick Boulaud holds an Bachelor (BSc) degree in Semiconductors Science and Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) degree from CCI Paris, and an Executive Master in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship from Ecole polytechnique (Paris). With 35 years of expertise in the semiconductors field, Patrick was previously Vice President (Asia) of Product Marketing and System Engineering operations at STMicroelectronics, Power Discrete, Analog, MEMS, and Sensors products through 12 Sales offices serving 23 Asian countries. Patrick has developed an intimate knowledge of Asia, its different cultures, business practices, customers and covered a wide range of sectors. He is currently the Executive Chairman of 88TH SENSE Consulting & Advisory Ltd.
Cyril Vančura

Cyril Vančura is Partner at imec.xpand, an independently managed value-add venture capital fund that focuses on hardware-based nanotechnology innovations where imec technology, expertise, network and infrastructure will play a differentiating role. Based in Leuven, Belgium, Cyril is focusing predominantly on deeptech investment opportunities in Europe and the US. Before joining imec.xpand, Cyril was Investment Principal at Robert Bosch Venture Capital where he was based in Germany, as well as, in the affiliate office in Silicon Valley. Cyril holds a Ph.D. and a diploma (Master Degree) in physics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, Switzerland.
Damien Bretegnier

Damien Bretegnier

Damien is a graduate of ISEP (Institut Supérieur d'Electronique de Paris). From 2013 to 2019, Damien managed the ICST & Engineering department of SATT Lutech where he invested in more than 30 deeptech startup projects stemming from public research. Prior to that, he worked for 14 years in the semiconductor industry, mainly in programme management, at Soitec, Altis Semiconducteurs and Infineon Technologies. He also worked for three years in India, between 2003 and 2006, in Bangalore, where he created a memory component design team for Infineon Technologies.
Alexandre Rollet

Alexandre Rollet began his career in 2011 as a financial auditor in new york at Barclais USA and later joined KPGM in the Sophia Antipolis office. In 2016, he continued his career at Caisse d'Epargne CEPAC, where he held the position of finance engineering manager in the structured finance department. Alexandre joined the investment team of Smalt Capital in 2018 as business manager.

Associate Partner Angels for Greentech
Thierry Arnaud is associate partner at Angels for Greentech, a French capital risk company investing in startups involved in greentech and clean energy technologies. During his 25 years career in the semi-conductor industry Thierry Arnaud held various leadership and engineering positions in the R&D of integrated circuits for power management and RF for wireless applications. At Motorola, Inc. he served as design manager for power management and mixed signal ICs for the wireless mobile market and at ST Microelectronics and then ST-Ericsson he was R&D Director of RF ICs for wireless applications up to 2010. He then moved to development of electronic products for renewable energies as the founder and CEO of Greenercos, a startup developing power management and safety products for photovoltaic applications. After the acquisition of the startup by Mersen, he served as general manager of the Electronics Systems for Energy Management business activity at Mersen. Since mid-2016 he is currently head of the French Solar R&D activity of Fronius International, an Austrian company developing electronic products for photovoltaic and renewable energy sector applications.
Nicolas Tymen

Nicolas graduated from EDHEC (Ecole de Hautes Etudes Commerciales du Nord) in 1996. Since then he has been holding various positions within the BNP Paribas Group in Canada and France, in credit, internal audit, management and corporate coverage. In 2016 Nicolas initiated the Venture franchise within BNP Paribas Développement, an independent subsidiary of BNP Paribas and leading private equity actor on the French market, taking minority stakes in successful SMEs and startups. The Venture Team in BNP Paribas Développement now employs 7 professionals investing BNPP’s equity in French early-stage startups in various sectors, holding observer seats in c. 80 French innovative companies as of 2024.
