Thierry Bouchet
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Doctor in Electrical Engineering in 2001 and worked for IBS (Ion Beam Services) and Atmel, two semiconductor companies. In 2011, Thierry created a fabless startup (ADIS) in the area of power electronics for niche market.
After working as Strategic Marketing manager for energy and power electronics at CEA LETI, he launched a new startup: Wise Integration the ultimate power supply miniaturization solution using GaN Integrated circuits.
Rym Benaboud Hamoumou
Chief Corporate Marketing and Co-Founder
Engineer and Doctor in materials sciences, with high experience in Micro and nanotechnologies and has a Master in Technological Management and innovation .
After 6 years in technical area, elaboration and characterization of thin films for micro and nanotechnology, Rym Hamoumou worked at CEA LETI for 4 years as Marketing and business proposal specialist
Thomas Beauchêne
Chief Technical Officer
Thomas's career began with a Ph.D. in microelectronics, where he developed failure analysis methodologies for integrated circuits. He then worked at Allegro Microsystems, focusing on automotive sensors and participating in the establishment of an European testing lab. As a mechatronics project manager at CETIM, he led innovative sensor integration projects. After a role manager at Prollion and JTEKT, he joined CEA as a lab manager, overseeing research and innovation in battery assembly. Later, at Raydiall and Dolphin Design, he led R&D initiatives focused on energy efficiency and improved test methodologies.
Florian Couvin
VP Sales and Co-Founder
Engineer in embedded electronics with innovation & entrepreneurship Master Degree. Several experiences in BtoB companies : startup, SME, industrial multinational and at CEA-LETI.
Florian Has worked in project management, technological transfer and business development.
Pascal Le Deu
Chief Operating Officer
Pascal Le Deu is an industrialization specialist with a decade of successful experience in developing and releasing semi-conductor products dedicated to industrial, automotive or aerospace fields. Pascal graduated from INSA and holds Master’s degrees in Nanotechnology & Physics. He is skilled at coordinating a cross-functional team in a fast-paced development while he focuses on delay and cost.
Florence Marigot
Chief Financial Officer
Florence Marigot is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with a master's degree in Finance and Accounting and over 20 years of experience across industries such as banking, life insurance, media, telecom, and food and beverage. She began her career in multinational corporations, specializing in group accounting and consolidation, before transitioning to CFO roles in SMEs in Switzerland. Florence is recognized for her strategic insight and ability to adapt corporate expertise to the dynamic needs of smaller enterprises.
