Thomas's career began with a Ph.D. in microelectronics, where he developed failure analysis methodologies for integrated circuits. He then worked at Allegro Microsystems, focusing on automotive sensors and participating in the establishment of an European testing lab. As a mechatronics project manager at CETIM, he led innovative sensor integration projects. After a role manager at Prollion and JTEKT, he joined CEA as a lab manager, overseeing research and innovation in battery assembly. Later, at Raydiall and Dolphin Design, he led R&D initiatives focused on energy efficiency and improved test methodologies.
