WIW1101 digital AC-DC controller for GaN power ICs

The WiseWare® WIW1101 digital AC-DC controller for GaN power ICs dedicated to controlling the totem pole PFC topologies. Like all WiseWare® products, this digital controller operates the GaN power converter at high switching frequencies (up to 2 MHz) and, with a CrCM control mode, ensures zero-voltage switching.

This innovative controller also brings your GaN power components smooth zero cross transition (no current spike), relay- and thermistor-free inrush current management, low standby power consumption (18 mW), accurate system brown-in/brown-out, integrated OCP, OVP, OTP, and OPP protections, and high-efficiency system capabilities.
