Position:

  • Responsible for creating, driving & growing the business in Europe targeting ODM/OEM customers in consumer, e-mobility & industrials markets
  • Identify, prospect & promote company’s products to targeted customers at various functions levels (technical, purchasing, project management) to identify key decision makers
  • Build and maintain a close relationship with customers all along the sales process
  • Leverage company’s distributors to accelerate & expand the business
  • Contribute to build new distribution partnerships
  • Manage the overall sales pipeline using CRM tool to track past & future actions
  • Construct sales forecast & reporting for company management

Candidate:

  • Strong knowledge on electrical/electronics
  • Min 5 years of sales experience in power &/or analog semiconductor
  • Driven and a strong desire to accelerate the company growth
  • Good coordination and discipline in managing multiple accounts in various countries with different cultures
  • Likes to travel to meet new customers (at least 40% of the time)
  • Curious, autonomous, rigorous
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
