ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Program Manager at wise Integration, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of multiple projects to customers. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the expected quality standards. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders, and ensuring that project goals align with the overall strategic objectives of the company. You will be reporting to the COO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these plans.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans as necessary.
- Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders, including project team members, senior management, and external partners or clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals align with the overall strategic objectives of the company.
- Provide regular status updates to senior management and other stakeholders and escalate issues or concerns as necessary.

Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technology-related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners or clients.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
