Power Electronic Design Engineer

Position:
- Develop off-line AC-DC converters (<1kWatt) using GaN and MOS power transistors (using innovative proprietary digital control solution),
- Create schematics, run simulations, layout the boards on Altium,
- Launch board prototypes in manufacturing with subcontractors,
- Prototyoes debug, test and qualification,
- Prepare demo-boards for customers demonstrations,
- Provide support to customers for their applications,
- Create technical documentation; including development and test reports,
- Collaborate closely with software development team (Microcontroller) or develop basic firmware.
Candidate:
- Graduate engineer or equivalent. Ideally in power electronics,
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in power supply development,
- (AC-DC, DC-AC, DC-DC) at power supply manufacturer, semiconductor, power companies or distributors,
- Knowledge of power electronics and AC-DC converters,
- Familiar with power supply topologies like Flyback, PFC, LLC,
- Confirmed knowledge on hardware design (schematic and layout),
- Basic knowledge of embedded microcontroller software is a plus. Ideally STM32 C /C++ language,
- Curious, autonomous, rigorous,
- Strong teamwork skills,
- Fluent in English (written and spoken),
