Position:
- Keeping the general accounts up to date, ensuring that financial transactions are entered accurately and on time.
- Monitoring the CIR.
- Preparing and issuing customer invoices.
- Follow up on Wise Integration customer payments and reminders, ensuring proper collection of receivables.
- Process supplier invoices in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepare Wise Integration supplier payments and manage payment deadlineseffectively.
- Accurately prepare tax returns, including VAT returns, ensuring compliance with current tax obligations.
- Reviewing and reconciling Wise Integration’s accounts, detecting any anomalies and resolving any issues.
- Work closely with internal Wise Integration teams to provide relevant financial analysis and reporting.
- Work in close collaboration with our Chartered Accountant (external), to compile all documents for the end of the year balance sheet.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of Wise Integration’s accounting processes, as well as playing a role in special projects.

Contract: Permanent / 80% to full time
Location: Hyères, France
Candidate:
- Holder of a A degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
- Proof of at least 3 years’ solid professional experience in accounting.
- Mastery of current accounting principles and tax standards.
- Competence in the use of accounting and software tools (such as Excel, accounting software).
- Ability to extreme attention to detail, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
