Patrick Boulaud

Patrick Boulaud

Chairman
Patrick Boulaud holds an Bachelor (BSc) degree in Semiconductors Science and Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) degree from CCI Paris, and an Executive Master in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship from Ecole polytechnique (Paris). He was previously Vice President (Asia) of Product Marketing and System Engineering operations at STMicroelectronics, Power Discrete, Analog, MEMS, and Sensors products through 12 Sales offices serving 23 Asian countries. Patrick has developed an intimate knowledge of Asia, its different cultures, business practices, customers and covered a wide range of sectors. He is currently the Executive Chairman of 88TH SENSE Consulting & Advisory Ltd.
Thierry Bouchet

Thierry Bouchet

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
With a PhD in electrical engineering and more than 18 years of expertise in the field of power electronics, Thierry has strong experienced in component industrialisation. From 2001 to 2010, he developed highly qualified skills in technology and design of power components as product engineer at IBS and then at ATMEL group as product manager, in connection with the industrialisation and qualification of products. In 2011, he created his first company, ADIS Innovation and held the position of president for 4 years. ADIS was fabless and addressed a niche market to develop and sell specific power components for military applications. In 2014, he joined the CEA-LETI as power electronics strategic marketing manager for the activity of the LETI research institute.
Damien Bretegnier

Damien Bretegnier

Damien is a graduate of ISEP (Institut Supérieur d'Electronique de Paris). From 2013 to 2019, Damien managed the ICST & Engineering department of SATT Lutech where he invested in more than 30 deeptech startup projects stemming from public research. Prior to that, he worked for 14 years in the semiconductor industry, mainly in programme management, at Soitec, Altis Semiconducteurs and Infineon Technologies. He also worked for three years in India, between 2003 and 2006, in Bangalore, where he created a memory component design team for Infineon Technologies.
Dominique Bergogne

Dominique Bergogne

Chief Technical Officer
Dominique holds a PhD in power electronics. He has been involved in the field of power electronics circuits for more than 20 years, with more than 30 patents and publications to his credit. Therefore, Dominique has a great capacity for innovation and is co-author of the project's integrated circuit patents. Able to lead research, he is very well connected to the university environment and recognised at a national level in the reference laboratories in power electronics in France: AMPERE in Lyon, G2ELAB in Grenoble, LAAS in Toulouse and GEMAN in Tours. Before Wise-Integration, Dominique was associate professor in some of the best universities and institutes in the microelectronics field and project leader , including one at the heart of the CEA-LETI, on Innovation with GaN Integrated Circuits. Over 100 published scientific papers and 15 granted or pending patents.
Thierry Arnaud

Associate Partner Angels for Greentech
Thierry Arnaud is associate partner at Angels for Greentech, a French capital risk company investing in startups involved in greentech and clean energy technologies. During his 25 years career in the semi-conductor industry Thierry Arnaud held various leadership and engineering positions in the R&D of integrated circuits for power management and RF for wireless applications. At Motorola, Inc. he served as design manager for power management and mixed signal ICs for the wireless mobile market and at ST Microelectronics and then ST-Ericsson he was R&D Director of RF ICs for wireless applications up to 2010. He then moved to development of electronic products for renewable energies as the founder and CEO of Greenercos, a startup developing power management and safety products for photovoltaic applications. After the acquisition of the startup by Mersen, he served as general manager of the Electronics Systems for Energy Management business activity at Mersen. Since mid-2016 he is currently head of the French Solar R&D activity of Fronius International, an Austrian company developing electronic products for photovoltaic and renewable energy sector applications.
Bruno Mourey

Bruno Mourey

Graduate from Ecole Supérieure de Physique et Chimie (Paris) and PhD in Electronic and Instrumentation (Université de Paris VI) in 1980. From 1983 to 2002 he had different positions in relation with display applications from research to manufacturing in the Thomson group. He was Managing Director of Thomson LCDs for more than 10 years. He joined CEA/LETI in 2003 as Program manager for multimedia applications (display, optical recording….), In 2006 He was in charge of the installing and starting up a 200mm technological platform for Microsystems applications. From 2009 to 2014 He was Vice president, managing Mems division followed by Optic and Photonic division. From 2015 to 2019 he was CTO of CEA /LETI defining strategic technical and technological orientations of the institute and coordinating Startup programs Since 2019 he has been a board member of or scientific advisor of several startups in the deep tech . He is author or coauthor of more than 40 patents
Alexandre Rollet

Alexandre Rollet

Smalt Capital
Alexandre Rollet began his career in 2011 as a financial auditor in new york at Barclais USA and later joined KPGM in the Sophia Antipolis office. In 2016, he continued his career at Caisse d'Epargne CEPAC, where he held the position of finance engineering manager in the structured finance department. Alexandre joined the investment team of Smalt Capital in 2018 as business manager.
